Nana’s Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

ADD TO LIST
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix sugar, oil, and eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. After all is mixed well add 3 cups grated carrots.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 mins

Frosting:

  1. Cream together 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, 1/2 stick margarine, add 1 box confectionary sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add 1 cup chopped nuts and 1tsp vanilla
