Toss apple slices with sugar and cinnamon and place in a 9×9-inch square baking dish. Mix together the flour, brown sugar, pecans, rolled oats, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Using two forks or a pastry cutter, cut the butter into the flour mixture until it’s crumbly. Top the apples with the crumb mixture. Preheat the oven to 350* F and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
