Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces rotini Substitutions available
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper Substitutions available
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion Substitutions available
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber Substitutions available
  • 1/2 cup bite-size broccoli florets
  • Olive Garden Italian Dressing (1 cup?)

Instructions:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well.

  • Mix oil, vinegar and seasonings in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Toss pasta and vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently. Cover.

  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving.
