Kettle Corn


  • 3tbsp of neutral oil
  • 1/3 Cup Popcorn Kernels
  • 1/4 Cup sugar


  1. Heat 3tsp of Neutral oil on High Heat
  2. Add 3 kernels of corn
  3. Once the kernels begin popping, add 1/3 cup of corn, swish pan
  4. Add 1/4 Cup sugar
  5. Swish until 1 second passes between pops
  6. Once done pour into 13×9 pan
  7. Spread & mix to keep popcorn from sticking together too badly
  8. Serve
