Cheesecake Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1+ cups mini chocolate chips (divided in half)

Instructions:

Mix everything together, but save half of your chocolate chips for later. I put about 1/2 cup in my mixture, but you can definitely add more. Refrigerate this mixture for about 4 hours or overnight

Roll the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball into the other half of the chocolate chips until it was well coated. Keep refrigerated.
