Kettle Corn

Heat 3tsp of Neutral oil on High Heat Add 3 kernels of corn Once the kernels begin popping, add 1/3 cup of corn, swish pan Add 1/4 Cup sugar Swish until 1 second passes between pops Once done pour into 13×9 pan Spread & mix to keep popcorn from sticking together too badly Serve

Fresh Salsa

-throw it all in a food processor until it is chopped to the desired consistency. As you can probably tell, you can adjust most everything in this recipe to your liking
