Blueberry Pancakes (double batch)

Ingredients:

ADD TO LIST
  • 2 cup flour [half wheat / half white]
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon vegetable oil [I use apple sauce instead]
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 egg
  • chopped blueberries

Instructions:

Mix ingredients and blueberries to your preference, cook pancakes on skillet at 350° until done and tasty.

Mixing blueberries before cooking will yield blue pancakes, to get golden blueberry pancakes, add blueberries on skillet with batter.


Notes:  With frozen blueberries, we drop them into the food processor for a few seconds and they get chopped up to our satisfaction.
